1. No Cancellations & No
Refunds
Once an order is placed,
it cannot be cancelled
and no refunds will be
issued.
2. Wrong or Damaged
Product
In the unlikely event
that the product
delivered is damaged or
the wrong product is
sent,
you may request a
return.
- To be eligible for a
return, the product
must be unused, in
its original
condition,
and in the original
packaging along with
the invoice.
- If the certicard or
packaging seal is
opened or tampered
with, the return
will not be
accepted.
3. Non-Delivery of
Product
If your product is not
delivered, you are
entitled to a full
refund.

- Our courier partner
will collect the
product from your
address and return
it to us.
- Once the product is
received and
verified, we will
either:
- Dispatch the
correct
product,

- Initiate a
full
refund.
5. Important Notes
- Refunds or
replacements will be
processed only after
successful
inspection and
validation.
- Products without
original
packaging/invoice or
with tampered seals
will not
qualify for return.
